748 Air Services has adopted a web based Safety Management System. This system allows employees to register safety concerns and incident reports from any location. This new system contributes to the improvement of the safety of the company’s operations.

The use of Safety Management System (SMS) is an effective tool to help 748 Air Services detect and correct safety problems before accidents or incidents occur.

Internally, SMS has greatly improved communications within the company staff through reporting and online communications to help determine the root cause of an incident and employees to register safety concerns.
